We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment and service times. However, schedules may be affected by weather, permitting, material availability, site conditions, emergencies, staffing, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information and for providing reasonable access to the property when necessary to perform requested services.
Customers should notify Aqua Blue Pools of any relevant property conditions, access restrictions, hazards, or other circumstances that may affect the requested work.
