8. Warranties

Products, equipment, pool shells, and other materials may be covered by manufacturer warranties or warranties provided by Aqua Blue Pools, depending on the product and applicable agreement.

Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the applicable warranty.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or modify a written warranty expressly provided in a customer's construction or service agreement.

Customers are responsible for following applicable maintenance, operating, water chemistry, winterization, and equipment-use requirements. Failure to properly maintain or operate a pool or its equipment may affect applicable warranty coverage.

9. Pool Ownership and Safety

Swimming pools and related equipment can present serious risks, particularly to children and individuals who cannot swim.

Pool owners and occupants are responsible for maintaining appropriate safety measures, including compliance with applicable laws, codes, regulations, and manufacturer instructions.

Customers are responsible for supervising swimmers and maintaining appropriate barriers, gates, alarms, covers, signage, and other safety equipment as required or recommended.

Aqua Blue Pools does not guarantee that any pool, cover, alarm, fence, gate, or other safety feature will prevent accidents, injuries, drowning, or unauthorized access.
